The Challenge

A state government IT programme office had secured approval for a major digitisation initiative covering 22 districts and was under a 90-day deadline to have a full project team operational. Their HR function had no experience recruiting at this scale in the required timeframe, the profiles needed were highly specific, and the project's funding cycle created urgency that ruled out conventional recruitment timelines.

Our Approach

Neheeka was engaged as a staffing partner with a mandate to deliver a fully functional project team within 21 days. We immediately mobilised our candidate network, established structured screening criteria aligned with the project's technical and operational requirements, and ran parallel recruitment streams for all role types simultaneously — rather than sequentially.

The Solution

The deployed team included 3 senior project managers, 8 functional/technical consultants, 12 data entry and documentation specialists, 6 field coordinators, 4 system support engineers, and 2 QA professionals. All resources underwent a structured 3-day project induction before deployment. We established a dedicated account manager to handle day-to-day coordination between the client's programme office and deployed staff.
